The 2018 Hunter Mill Estates Homeowners meeting will held next Tuesday night (Oct 16) beginning promptly at 7:30pm. Sign-in begins at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Hunter Mill Swim & Racquet Club meeting room.

To ensure we have a quorum to hold the meeting, your attendance (or your proxy) is very important. If you are unable to attend, please take time prior to the meeting to submit your proxy (which you previously received in the mail). You can drop it off with any Board member:
