In honor of Earth Day, please consider volunteering some time to help cleanup along Difficult Run and other locations in our neighborhood.

As many of you have probably noticed, our neighborhood (especially along Difficult Run Stream) is in desperate need of a little clean-up. Studies suggest that cleaning up a community helps it stay cleaner by discouraging future littering. Clean neighborhoods also usually show higher property values as well, in some cases, less crime.

All are invited. And I am happy to provide community service credit to any teens that help out.

Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and long sleeve-shirts and long pants (tick season will have started). Come prepared to get a little dirty. Trash bags provided, but please bring your own gloves.
