We coordinate this annual sale in an attempt to consolidate traffic in/out of our neighborhood on one day, and also to attract more potential buyers by having multiple sales at the same time.  The sale will be advertised as beginning at 7am.  We will make sure the neighborhood sale is advertised and we will have signage up at both front entrances the day before (and day of) the sale.
